In Fall 2020 Rana and Mr. Karam noticed Vishki at the village just south of the shelter. She was a stray and one of the store owners used to feed her. It seemed like she had a health problem so one day she was brought to the shelter for treatment and neutering. The plan was for her to return to her village, but the store was closed permanently. She no longer had a place to live nor anyone to take care of her. Vishki had a good temper and was a kind dog but her larger size made her less popular for adoption. When the right time came, a family in Montreal Canada adopted her and she started a new life there. Her family love her and named her Misty.
