Female, Born 2013

The beginning of my life story you do not know, but the ending is very happy. I am the dog that was rescued from a dried up water channel around Bagheri high way in Tehran. A kind woman who was passing the area, as usual, noticed me and realized that I can’t get out by myself. She contacted the city and the fire department to no avail. She could read in my eyes that I was worried, and begged her to rescue me. That is why she named me Cheshman which means “eyes” in Persian. She dropped my food and promised to save me. After two days she found out about Vafa shelter and Ilya and Davood two volunteers came for help, and I did my best to cooperate with them.

Now I am a resident of Vafa. How I ended up in that channel is a secret I will keep to myself, but that channel led me to Vafa shelter! Kind “Ms.Mona.A” is my sponsor and I am very happy for that
