On July 26, 2024, under the scorching sun on the Kooshke Zar road, she was running away from a group of large dogs and bumping into a kind woman. Out of fear, she jumped into her arms. If that woman hadn’t been there that day, who knows what might have happened to her?

She came to the shelter, and because she looked like a fox, they named her Ruby. Since then, she has been living and playing at the shelter with a sweet temperament alongside her friends. But she was never truly happy deep down, because in a shelter full of dogs, no one could give her the attention she longed for. She wanted to be around people, to cuddle in their arms and be petted, but there she had to compete with dozens of other little ones just for a gentle touch.

Until finally, one day, happiness knocked on Ruby’s door. A kind young couple chose her and took her home.

This is the wish we have for every angel in our shelter.

Dear Ruby, congratulations on your new home!
