Vafa animal shelter celebrates world veterinary day and honors veterinarians who protect and safeguard those who cannot speak for themselves. Our hearts go out to the veterinary teams who helped hundreds of animals who also were victims of war in Ukraine and other countries.

The theme of World Veterinary Day in 2022 is “Strengthening veterinary resilience.” On this particular day dedicated to veterinary professionals worldwide, we are honored to celebrate your dedication to every patient that walks through your doors and your love for the animals that keep you up many nights. In addition, we hope to raise awareness about this critical topic.

Congratulations, World Veterinary Day, to Vafa dedicated vets, Dr. Abedi and Dr. Rooholah.
