I was found in the city of Jajrood, injured, and so emaciated that my ribs were showing from under mycoat. My paws were inflamed and infected. I waslying down in a corner helpless, with no shelter above me. A kind person rescued me and took me to friends of Vafa. They transferred me to the Vet Clinic. I was placed under IV and antibiotics. I was fed nutritious foods, and when I gained enough strength, I underwent surgery. The infection was so extensive that there was no other solution, but to amputate the infected limb. After the surgery my condition improved day by day, and I am in the path to recovery.

Throughout all these hardships I showed a lot of patience. That is why I was named “”Saboor” which means Patient in Persian. I like this name too! Two people were supporting me from the very beginning, and are still doing so. Diana, a kind lady from the USA and Milad in Iran.
