I am Scott. Once I had a home and a family who loved me very much until I became sick with a strange malady. I kept biting my tail and my paws until my skin was all bloody. My family tried everything. Nothing worked and they lost hope. They were told that I must be euthanized. My caregiver was desperate, and he brought me to the shelter.
At the shelter, Dr. Abedi recommended that my tail is amputated. That was done. After recovery, I did not beat myself anymore and was completely cured of that strange behavior. I even put on weight, so much that it is recommended that I should go on a diet. My family comes to visit and that makes me very happy.
