Female, Born in 2010

Asal (Meaning Honey in Persian)

When I was only four months old, I got hit by a car and was left on the side of the road.  I was rescued by kind Mr. Sani, former manager of the shelter, while he was returning home from work one evening.  After surgery and medical attention, I completely recovered. During my first a few days at the shelter, I gave everyone the silent treatment.

I did not like to socialize and did not like humans.  However slowly I changed, and gradually I began to like humans affection.  These days I am very sociable and enjoy to be around my human and furry friends.  A kind lady by the name Parisa is my sponsor, and I am very grateful to have her.
